    If you are looking for an easy relaxing exercise, the good old 5 Tibetans are here for you. Ten minutes a day and a mat spread out in the room will suffice. It is one of the most popular exercise programs for girls and women. All you need is a mat in the living room and a computer on which you can play the video. The advantage is that it takes half an hour, but if you practice honestly, the results will arrive soon. And you'll sweat a lot with it.
